Sick leave protocol

Are you ill and unable to work? Report sick as soon as possible following the steps below. This allows us and the client to take your absence into account in time.

Reporting sick

Report sick on the first day of illness before 08:00. Notify both Light Personeelsdiensten and the client where you are working.

• Call Light: +31 10 760 0857
• Call your client on the known contact number for your workplace.
• Provide: name, phone number, expected duration of absence and nursing address.

During illness

• Stay reachable and inform us as soon as your situation changes.
• Cooperate with checks and reintegration by our occupational health service.
• If in doubt about whether something hinders your recovery or ability to work: always consult Light.

Reporting fit for work

As soon as you are able to return to work, report fit to both Light and the client, no later than the day you resume work.
